MULTI-TASKING
How many times have you found yourself in a video conference call the last period? Because of corona probably a lot more than you did before. And you probably have good and bad experiences with it. We hear the pessimists say: conference calls and webinars are boring. The realists say: professors, teachers and chairman should be well prepared, because you get easily distracted during a conference call. The opportunists say: video conferencing is a perfect opportunity to multi-task!
ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?
Next to attending a conference call or webinar you could multi-task and clean your room, iron a shirt, doodle with a pencil or daydream while looking outside. The problem is that you might give the impression of not paying attention. And that’s not very kind.
BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
So we created conference call bingo. It’s the perfect combination: increasing the fun during a dull conference call AND giving the impression of paying attention. And in fact, even if you are paying attention, you can still play conference call bingo.
BINGO RULES
Really? Do we have to explain the rules of bingo? Alright, here we go:
1. Please find the bingo cards over here. There are cards for max. 12 players:
2. Give the bingo cards to all attendants of the conference call or webinar.
3. Whenever something appears on the screen in front of you that is on your bingo card, mark this thing on the card.
4. As soon as you have 4 in a row (horizontally, vertically or diagonal) you have to shout ‘bingo’ and you win!
It would be nice to inform the chairman, the teacher of professor about your plans of playing, because someone shouting bingo might be an unpleasant surprise. Playing secretly is possible too, by ‘shouting’ bingo in the Whatsapp group that you run simultaneously.
Have some serious fun!
