Have you always wanted to try out the very cold Wim Hof method? Or are you done with sitting at home and would you really like to go for a walk, but missing a walking buddy? On the 19th of April the Wellbeing weeks, with the theme ‘Breathe’ will start. Activities that you can do during these weeks are among others laugh and bob ross painting workshops. Furthermore, you can apply for a Walking buddy program, for you and a buddy to go for a walk and sightsee the beautiful Twents environment.
