Who am I?
In the third quartile of the college year 2017-2018 the theme was Who am I?. Below you can read what the individual sessions were about.
SESSIE 1: SETTING GOALS AND PRIORITIES
Ready to combine your study, work,social obligations and still have time left to relax?Nowadays it is expected from us to combine study, work, our social obligations and still be able to create some ‘me’ time. To do this probably, it is important to set goals and priorities. In this fun and interactive workshop (it is definitely not a lecture!) you will get insight in how to set goals and priorities by the Eisenhower theory together with the two professional trainers Ellen and Paula who will provide the workshops during this module!
SESSIE 2: BECOME ASSERTIVE
Do you always say ‘yes’ to everyone because you do not want to disappoint them? Are you freaking out because you always say ‘yes’ to everything and then you have no idea how to find time for it? The professional trainers Ellen and Paula will guide you to prioritize and learn you how to have time for yourself. You will practice the communication skills that are useful in your everyday life. You will thank yourself in the end!
SESSIE 3: DEFINE YOUR CORE QUALITIES
The best method to find out who you are is to figure out what your core qualities are! There is no better way to define yourself than through your core qualities (and which aspects need some more attention). The professional trainers Ellen and Paula will help you define them! In the future you can benefit from the insights of this session.
SESSIE 4: Q&A "WHO AM I?"
Do you have questions that you could not found out in the former sessions or you have other related questions?Do you need some professional guidance? The professional trainers Ellen and Paula are here for you to answer all your questions. They will evaluate how it is going after you finished all the sessions or you get the answers to who you are. If you weren’t able to go to all the workshops, don’t worry! Feel free to ask to ask them whatever questions you have!
