Board weekend 2026

FROM FRIDAY 13th OF march UNTIL SUNDAY THE 15th

From 13 to 15 March, the Student Union organizes a Board Weekend all about getting to know fellow Enschede boards and having fun. For this weekend, we'll head to Brabant with a group of around 120 people, staying in an accommodation with its own drinking space where various drinks will be organized. We'll arrange different board training sessions for you, and on Saturday night, there will be a theme party in a party room next to the accommodation! The idea of this weekend is not only to get to know each other better as a board but also to get in touch with the other UT boards.

The total costs per person for the whole all-in weekend will be between €75,- and €90,-. We will recommend a train to take, since we will only provide transportation between Eindhoven Centraal and the accommodation. We will leave from Eindhoven Central Station on Friday afternoon around 17:30 (so you will have to take the train around 14:45) and leave the accommodation Sunday at the end of the morning.

Confirmation

As mentioned before, the weekend will cost between €75,- and €90,- per attendee. By submitting this form you agree to pay this amount per board member that will attend the weekend, as filled into this form by you. Cancellation is free up until a week before the weekend, so until the 6th of March 2026. When you cancel on or after the 6th of March 2026 you have to pay the full amount.
