Who are we?
Duitenberg, founded in 1986, is a Student Investment Association that brings together students from the University of Twente and Saxion who share a passion for finance. Our mission is to foster a vibrant community where like-minded individuals can deepen their understanding of the financial world. Through engaging lectures, networking events, and the unique opportunity to invest using the association's funds, we provide our members with hands-on experience in the stock market. At Duitenberg, we believe that the best way to learn about investing is by doing, and we are committed to helping our members develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the financial markets.

On Wednesday, September 16th, Martijn Rozemuller, CEO at VanEck, will join Duitenberg for a guest lecture at the University of Twente.
Martijn is a former Duitenberg board member and still a member of Duitenberg. As CEO at VanEck, he is part of a global investment manager with around $237 billion in assets under management. During the evening, he will share his experience from the investment industry and give insight into the world of finance, investing, and asset management.
After the lecture, there will be time for a Q&A, where you can ask your own questions.
Afterwards, Duitenberg members are welcome to join us at the Vestingbar for free drinks.
