About the house

A big house with a big garden in a peaceful forest environment.
It’s just 5 min by bike to the mole, city centre and central station. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street and the University of Twente is just 15 min by bike.
The house is mainly suitable for substantive students. Not suitable for ‘party animals’, it must be silent after 23:00 on a normal weekday.
For a small amount of money, there’s the possibility to have dinner on a normal weekday, de landlords cook a nice fresh and healthy meal, something else every day.
Every room has its own sink. Furthermore, there’s a common bathroom for the renters, with bath, shower, toilet and urinal. Finally, there’s a big common orangery, where you can eat and chill. There's also Wi-Fi and internet available.

About the room

Room fully furnished and comes with desk. Nice window with view on the street.
