About the room

Hey room seekers!

Effective immediately we are looking for a new, great roommate. We now live with 4 men and 4 women in the center of Enschede, with the Oude Markt and the train station less than 5 minutes walking distance!
As an active house, we all make sure our student time is put to good use. In our house, everyone is a member of a study/student/sports club or fraternity. We eat every day together with as many as possible and every first Monday of the month we organize a house night with activity. We also have an annual house party and a weekend away. We also fill evenings in a quieter way by watching series/TV programs or we play games. Nothing has to, a lot is allowed here!
The available room is about 13m2 with a sink, mirror and desk, for 305 euros per month.
Besides our large living room, we also have a spacious kitchen, utility room, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a private shed for your bike and a very large roof terrace where we spend the summer days and like to BBQ together or take a dip in the most beautiful pool EVER.
