This semester, we’ve welcomed many new members who have shared how the vibrant activities have helped them find a place to connect with others and feel encouraged. They expressed that being part of this community has been both socially and academically motivating. In response, we aim to provide more opportunities for students to relax, recharge, and enhance their overall well-being. More than just a physical practice, this yoga workshop serves as a safe space for all UT students to de-stress, strengthen their bodies, and build meaningful connections. By combining movement, mindfulness, and community, we hope to create an inclusive environment where students can thrive both personally and academically.
