Cycling usually seems self-evident, but did you know that it is in fact a continuous balancing act on an extremely wobbly thing? Bicycle professor dr. Arend Schwab (TU Delft) has a bicycle lab in which he studies the mechanics and dynamics of cycling. He will explain that, when driving a bike, you’re constantly almost falling. In cooperation with KIVI Students Twente, Newton, Arago and cycling association Klein Verzet, which celebrates its 55th anniversary.
