Gender Bias in AI

FFNT invites you to the lunch discussion on Gender Bias in AI. The event is open to everyone. Please register through this link

The rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents both opportunities and challenges. While AI offers great promise for the future, it also brings the potential for unintended biases and consequences. A recent UNESCO study highlighted concerning evidence of regressive gender stereotypes in Large Language Models (LLMs), where women are often depicted in traditional domestic roles, while men are associated with career and leadership positions.

The goal of the event is to raise awareness about this important issue through two inspirational talks by Agata Leszkiewicz and Karolina La Fors, followed by an open discussion. More information are available online.
