Join fellow students for the first Global Comedy Night of the 2026–2027 academic year.

In collaboration with ComedyTunes, we're bringing some of the best stand-up comedians to the stage. Expect a hilarious evening hosted by a charismatic MC Adam Fields and featuring three talented comedians who will entertain you with sharp observations, absurd stories, and plenty of unexpected twists.

Whether you've just arrived on campus or have been here for years, comedy is a great way to meet new people, relax, and share a laugh together.

The line-up!

Adam, Master of Ceremonies, has performed in thousands of comedy shows at comedy clubs, theatres, festivals, student and corporate events all over the world. He is a veteran of the Dutch comedy scene and is a regular resident comedian at the Comedy Café Amsterdam. Adam is originally from London and now lives in Amsterdam. He makes international audiences laugh with his lively style and British humour.

Doña Juanita is back. After 25 years of reluctantly raising her children and going corporate, she
is back on stage with a microphone in her hand and fire in her heart. Her humour is not what you would expect from a lady. But she is. She is a pure Gooische vrouw and a bag of chips. This 55+ teenager explores divorce, 21st century mating and dating rituals and examines the Dutch culture from an American perspective.

An Indian-Dutch comedian who combines social issues such as prejudice, mental health and relationships with sharp observations and plenty of humour. He is a regular fixture on the Dutch comedy circuit and is currently touring with his solo show Any Colour You Like.

Canadian comedian based in Amsterdam since 2008. What started as a summer adventure turned into a career in stand-up comedy and a lasting love for Dutch culture. Neil is the creator and host of Survival Guide to the Dutch and co-owner of Amsterdam boat tour company Those Dam Boat Guys.
