Requesting association flag

In the short term, all associations will be contacted by e-mail to conduct a new inventory of association flags. We must do this now because we currently have no overview of who does and does not have a flag, who has a different logo, or who has already ordered a flag. As some of you might know, the boulevard will be redesigned in the future, but this will not affect the hanging of the flags right now.

You might have seen them hanging around the Student Union Boulevard and the Drienerlolaan: the association flags. It is possible for all student organizations to get a flag. So, you don’t need to be recognized. In addition, there are no costs attached. So, it’s a win-win situation, in which your association or foundation gets more visibility on campus. Maybe your association gains some new members through this!

Currently there is only a limited number of flag poles, compared to the big amount of student organization. Therefore, we created a circulation system. Each three months the flags will be replaced. In this system each association will have an equal opportunity to promote itself.
