In special cases, you might be entitled to restitution of your UnionCard subscriptions.

This is possible in the following circumstances:

• If you have active subscriptions, but started working at UT, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
• If you are unable to participate in sports and culture due to an injury, you are entitled to a restitution of the amount of months left in your subscriptions.
• You are always entitled to a full refund within two weeks of purchasing a subscription.

To claim your refund, please send an email to unioncard@utwente.nl explaining why you would like to receive a restitution of your subscription.
