It is important to take care of your physical and mental health. Nutritious food, plenty of exercise and proper relaxation help you to stay balanced. Taking a lunch walk is a great way to boost your health and well-being. It's also a perfect opportunity to catch up with some other students.
During the Well-being week we are organizing a lunchtime walk for students along the Viermarken farm on Wednesday 13 October and Friday 15 October.
This lunch walk starts outside the TechMed Center on the O&O square and between 12.30 and 13.30 you can start the walk after registration.
During the walk you walk through the Ledeboerpark to Stichting Boerderij 'De Viermarken', where you can grab a piece of fruit. The rest of the walk will go along the grounds of the Viermarken and lead you back to the campus. The walk will take about an hour, perfect for a break!
