well-being weeks

The next edition of the Well-being Weeks will take place between the 2nd June and 21st June! Various activities will be organized for students (and staff), aimed at promoting well-being. The theme of this edition is: 'Stand Up!' We want to emphasize the literal act of standing up and moving, in response to the recent TNO report on sedentary behavior and the fact that many people work sitting behind a screen daily. Additionally, we want to use this theme to connect with well-being research. 'Stand up and feel confident to assert your boundaries,' regarding unwanted behaviors, as well as study/work pressure and the balance between study/work and personal life.
