In the area of mental health, we, the Student Union, are committed to supporting students and student boards in maintaining a healthy and safe environment. As a student, your mental health is important. Support lines are available for you if you or someone close to you is struggling. Therefore, we are taking action to make mental health a natural part of students' daily lives by:
- Raising awareness of the importance of mental health among students and student associations.
- Providing up-to-date information about available support lines, training programs, and resources within (and beyond) the UT.
- Providing support to students who need help themselves or want to help someone close to them.
