Employee Team Personal Development
What will you do?
As employee of the Team Personal Development you are concerned with starting and managing several initiatives to stimulate the personal development of students and make the active student life in Enschede even better. With this goal in mind, you organise a big variation of events such as the More Than A Degree Awards and Market, Board Sharing Sessions or Kroegcolleges. In addition, you support the personal development of students by providing them with information. You do this to help as much students as possible to achieve More Than a Degree, including yourself! Besides this, your weekly activities include some administrative tasks, you think about strategic long-term goals for the team and also evaluate current activities and processes. Regularly, you will have meetings with the Personal Development Team in which progress of initiatives and activities will be discussed.
You will officially start as team member from February onwards. This will add up to about 5 hours per week. Up until then you will be kept up to date on projects so that you have a good transition into the function.

- Available for at least a year and preferably 2 or more years.
Where do you end up?
You will work at the Student Union in a close team, where your ideas are taken seriously (both for your function and outside it), but where fun is also very important. Within the Student Union you will work in the team Personal Development that currently consists of three people. The team is guided by the portfolio holder Personal Development and you will therefore work closely together with her and the others of the team.
As you will be responsible for the organisation of several activities, you will also work closely together with the communication team of the Student Union, which also consists of students. Together with them, you will make sure that activities will be well promoted to the students at the university.
All in all, it is a job that allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally by performing challenging tasks and by cooperation in a fun but critical team.
Naturally, you receive a fitting hourly pay that is done through Driessen.
