Vacancy webmaster

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Managing and keeping the SU website up to date.
• Publishing news items and new pages as they become available.
• Maintaining contact with the website provider Webhare (e.g. about malfunctions, new developments and features). 
• Thinking along and brainstorming about the development of Student Union marketing and communication campaigns with your expertise as webmaster.
• Possible other small projects for the marketing & communication of the Student Union.
• Working together with other content creators of the communication team and the portfolio holder Communication, Internationalisation & Well-Being.
• There is bi-weekly meeting with the communication team, the rest of your work

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience with Webhare or web management is desirable (webhare training will be provided).
• Professional proficiency in the Dutch and English languages.
• Strong communication skills, not afraid to pick up the phone and call.
• Someone good at organizing and dealing with deadlines.
• Available 3 hours a week, but up to 6 hours during a peak period. (Availability during the working hours (9h00 – 17h00 Monday till Friday is desirable)
• Available for at least a year.
• Understanding of UI/UX design is desirable.
