Laughing yoga

Do you want to try something new? During this break we will offer Laughing Yoga!  

Selene will give a Laughter Yoga workshop, Selene is half Spanish/German and graduated in psychology in 2019 at the University of Twente and is giving workshops since 2017. She wrote her master thesis about the exciting topic of Laughter yoga!  

Laughter yoga will ignite you to laugh more! It has many positive benefits for our psychological and physiological well-being and helps you to see the bright side of life more.
