Running with a coach

Stand up, get outside and join us for running with a coach!

Running with a coach, also called Running Therapy, is a great way to get some physical exercise and also work on your mental well being. You don’t need to have to be able to run at all, in order to participate in this activity!

During the activity, walking will be alternated with (soft pace) running. You will learn how to be more in touch with your body and recognize signals that are given. It will help you to set boundaries in correspondence with those signals from your body.
