Tai Chi

The amount of physical and mental energy that we spend in our daily life has increased enormously over the last decade. The result is that we, as a human being, put higher demands on our own energy supplies, have to deal with more distractions and have difficulties in finding and keeping the right balance in our daily activities. 

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is practiced for self-defense and health. Through slow and intentional movements in unison with breathing and mental focus you will relax your body and mind. And boost your energy levels.  
During this activity you will get a lesson in Tai Chi at the beginner level, so no previous experience is needed.  

So, stand up, join us for Tai Chi and you will feel more relaxed an energized afterwards!
