The Wim Hof Method (WHM) you will experience in this workshop, is a combination of breathing exercises, cold training and mindset - a golden combination to make you physically and mentally healthier and stronger.
Scientific research shows that WHM contributes to improved immunity and sleep quality, increased energy, stress reduction and improved mood.
After attending this workshop, you will be able to practice WHM safely and effectively at home. You will also receive tips and tools on how to use your WHM experience to support your studies.
